SHRIMP FARMS

BMR shrimp farms are dotted along the coasts of India in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Odisha and Gujarat. Shrimp culture, which started from a mere 25 acres in 1991 and has increased manifold to a whopping 900 hectares along with 500 hectares, under contract farming. BMR shrimp farms are also the largest ASC certified farms in India.

Under contract farming the farms implement the latest in aquaculture technologies with strict bio security, nursery, Central Drainage system etc. The farmers are supplied with quality seeds, feeds and healthcare products apart from technical counseling by our competent team comprising of highly experienced field staff and technicians.

Our Farms

The farmers are additionally given guidance to comply with strict bio-security measures, preserving the ecosystem and to observe the latest BAP guidelines. The aim is to ensure sustainable aquaculture in controlling diseases and pathogens by following proper farm management practices.
